Service Engineering Group (SE) creates automation designed to improve the quality, maturity, and breadth of services that are provided to Oracle Cloud Services customers. The team is responsible for delivering a platform and engineered solutions to enable the Oracle Cloud Services business. These range from initial provisioning of customer’s infrastructure and application environments to complete life-cycle management of the customer’s environments on the Oracle Cloud. The Oracle Cloud Services business is growing rapidly and the engineered solutions are being used to manage customer environments at a massive scale.
